Mf has recently bothered herself intensely with the query - How do you translate Bei Gam Wan?

Being irritating, I told her: Bu Gan Yuan...

As we went on brooding about this for 3 days... she got me feeling as irritable with how there isn't a good enough translation for it in a clearly understood ENGLISH term.

Odiously rejective?
Abhorrent?
Loathe?
Repugnant?

They do not convey the simple idea of reluctance to do something just because you don't PLEASE to do so. They do not convey the element of spite, resentment...

And ultimately... being a purposeful pain in the ass.

Example:

Mr xxx: Hey Huini! Can you help me with (a harmless but will tire Huini out task)?

Huini: Huh? Can don't want?

Mr xxx: Why? Are you busy with something else? Are you trying to lazy? Are you unhappy with me? What's wrong?

Huini: Just don't feel like doing it. Are you saying you can't take no for an answer?

(If there is no choice out of this, then don't ask me. Since it's too late for you to retrack the choice part of the equation, too bad. And ask me so many questions, I just bei song/bu shuang to do ANYTHING you want me to do! )

Or is there a word around that GP C graders like MF and I are unaware of?
